- administrator - within the meaning of Article 4(7) RODO means a controller, i.e. an entity which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data. - user - the natural person using the Wanbo service

II. General provisions

The administrator of the personal data collected via the Wanbo website is BATNA Sp. z o.o. with registered office: 42-202 Częstochowa ul. III. Scope and purpose of data collection

 Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

a) Marketing (in particular the sending of newsletters, with the User's consent).

All personal data will be processed on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

Your personal data will be processed for no longer than until you object or the business purpose ceases - whichever comes first.

The provision of personal data is voluntary; however, failure to consent to the processing of personal data may prevent the provision of electronic services - the receipt of merketing/trade information.

In accordance with Article 10 of the Act of 18.07.2022 on the provision of electronic services, we need your consent for the purposes of commercial and telephone communication. You can withdraw it at any time by clicking on the link in the footer of the email or by writing to us at the email address [email protected]

b) To inform about the Administrator's services, products and promotions (with the User's consent).

The data will be processed based on the legitimate interest of the Controller(Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

Your personal data will be processed for no longer than until you object.

The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, failure to consent to the processing of personal data may prevent the provision of electronic services - receiving information on services, products and promotions.

In accordance with Article 10 of the Act of 18.07.2022 on the provision of electronic services, we need your consent for the purposes of commercial and telephone communication. (c) Establishing, pursuing or defending against claims.

All personal data will be processed on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) in being able to establish, assert or defend against claims.

Your data will be processed until the statute of limitations for claims - in accordance with common law.

IV. Transfer of personal data

Your personal data may be shared with the following categories of entities: authorised employees and associates of the Administrator, service providers supplying the Administrator with technical and organisational solutions, entities supporting the Administrator in the provision of services, entities providing IT and marketing services, providers of legal and advisory services.

V. Safety rules

We ensure the security of your personal data by means of appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unlawful data processing and accidental loss, destruction and damage.

VI. Your entitlements

You have the following rights under the provisions of the DPA:

- access to the content of their personal data,

- rectification of personal data,

- deletion of data ("right to be forgotten"),

- limitation of processing,

- object to the processing of your personal data,

- portability of personal data,

- withdrawal of consent; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

VII. Final provisions

The rules set out in this document are subject to change. The User will be informed of any change to the rules in good time, no later than 7 days prior to the change, by posting the new content of this document on the Wanbo website.
